Please find below a document with a summary of key research for the memory unit plus some revision activities for research methods. I haven't made revision cards because...you know that elaborative encoding is what helps retrieval and therefore you will want to make the revision cards!

Don't do Bad Science!!!

Aim: To investigate whether misleading, post event information distorts recall.

Over the next 4 weeks you will have:
a) Designed an experiment taking good care to address the issues below.
b) Conducted your research.
c) Summarised your APFCC
d) Written / presented a report with your summary.

Week 2+3:
• Conduct experiment + collect results
• What is the test?
• Who are the participants?
• What is the methodology? (E.g what instructions are given, what time delay if used)
• How will data be collected?
Week 4:
• Collate results
• Present findings
•Draw conclusions
• Identify criticisms of research
